REFUND POLICY

Effective 01st of October 2024

Due to the nature of our products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return a product”. We, therefore, DO NOT offer refunds for the ANEIRO tokens used. All promotional, discounted, and pre-order sales are final and therefore non-refundable.
However, we may offer you a refund for the ANEIRO tokens on your wallet if you have not been using the service within the last 12 months.
